The Yoke Benefit for Brands
Yoke upends traditional retail models by taking a much smaller percentage of the final retail price. This has the dual effect of increasing value for both brands and the user brand representatives that act as customer service agents and brand ambassadors.
By providing a small incentive to users for uploading pictures, the Yoke model enables peer-to-peer customer service to fledgling brands that equips them with a huge network of customer service representatives they desperately want but would not be able to otherwise afford.

Understanding where value is being created in the mens clothing ecosystem was a key component in process. It helped us leverage leverage our user pain points in a unique way when creating Yoke's new retail model.
We used a service blueprint to help us understand which parts of the service needed to be prototyped when, and where we might encounter issues in our design.
We created a 5-year timeline for rolling out Yoke to understand which parts of the service needed to launch when, and what components could be added to the service in the future.
Finally, we created a 5-year financial projection to understand if the Yoke business model would be viable in the long-term.
